So I just got back from my Confirmation Retreat and it was AMAZING. I feel so happy with myself and my faith in God. There is just this unexplainable feeling that I have deep within and it is the best feeling ever. Not only did I become closer to God, I also became really close to the members of my church.
Faith is a beautiful thing; and I am so blessed to have it in my life.

So yesterday I went out for a little belated birthday and end of finals celebration with Adana. While we were eating the waiters and waitresses came up from behind me and sang “The Happy Birthday Song,” and I totally jumped.

Finally finals are over and I’m gone for the whole weekend! But studying was fun on Wednesday when my mom made Anely and me study at my house so she could make sure we were studying. She locked us up in a room with a math book and paper. But we found a way to procrastinate by sharpening every color pencil in the room, haha

While in the car with my mom
Me: Mom, why are there leaves all over the floor of your car
Mom: I picked them up off the ground and put them in my car
Me: Why?
Mom: Because they were wet.
Me: Mom...that makes no sense, whatsoever. Why would you put wet leaves in your car.
Mom: Well they were wet when I put them in my car, and then they dried out and now we have a nice fall look in our car.
